Looking for a nice place to rent or buy has been a headache lately, I was looking for a place myself last September and to be over it quickly, I went to a tenant screening company in Northern Virginia. They helped me find a good space place because landlords rely on them a lot. They provide services like criminal background check, credit checks, eviction history reports and potential tenant. Because of them I had a really easy time when renting my current place.
