Hi everyone! I would like to ask about Scrum meetings. We have recently started implementing Agile in our team, and I was just appointed Scrum Master. At the first meetings there was a problem - everyone quickly lost focus and started discussing things that are not related to the day's tasks. I understand that it's important to keep the meeting short and to the point, but it's still hard to get everyone focused. Has anyone had a similar problem? How do you make meetings productive and keep them short?

Scrum meetings are most effective when they stay focused, time-boxed, and goal-oriented. Clear communication, active participation, and avoiding unnecessary details help keep everyone aligned and productive. When done right, these meetings become powerful tools for teamwork, accountability, and keeping projects on track. magyar online kaszinó
