Hi everyone! I would like to ask about Scrum meetings. We have recently started implementing Agile in our team, and I was just appointed Scrum Master. At the first meetings there was a problem - everyone quickly lost focus and started discussing things that are not related to the day's tasks. I understand that it's important to keep the meeting short and to the point, but it's still hard to get everyone focused. Has anyone had a similar problem? How do you make meetings productive and keep them short?

I don't work with Agile directly, but I observe a team that is actively implementing Scrum. It seems that the main thing is not to make the meeting long, but to make it focused. Even if some things are outside the agenda, it is better to discuss them after the meeting. It is important that everyone understands their role and purpose.
